Young people in Svilengrad municipality - active participants in the labor market

There has been an increase in the probability of unemployed people up to 29 years of age in the Svilengrad Municipality. They form the so-called "Youth unemployment". The lack of work habits and internships, as well as the out-of-date professional qualifications of part of young people, are among the main reasons for their difficult integration into the labor market. The project proposal relates specifically to ensuring better access to employment for persons in the Svilengrad municipality up to 29 years of age, with secondary or tertiary education who do not participate in employment, education or training, to find employment and to increase competitiveness through training on key competences, for sustainable inclusion in the labor market. For the implementation of the activities foreseen in the project proposal, 10 persons will be appointed and will receive training in digital key competence. After passing the training, the persons will be appointed as "technical assistant" in Svilengrad Municipality. For the newly created jobs, the necessary equipment and consumables will be purchased.
