Raising the qualification and competence of Zaharo Ltd.'s employees

The project proposal provides training to the employees of Zaharo Ltd. in order to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of the company. In order to achieve this, the company will carry out the following activities: - Activity 1 "Provision of training for the promotion and / or acquisition of a new professional qualification for the employees of Zaharo Ltd". A total of 45 employees will be trained in the company - 15 employed in part of the profession: "Seller - consultant" (code 341020), specialty "Sales consultant" (code 3410201) - second qualification degree; 20 employees per part of profession: "Bakery - confectioner" (code 541030), specialty "Manufacture of confectionery" (code 5410302) - second qualification degree; 10 persons employed in part of profession: "Bakery - confectioner" (code 541030), specialty "Bread and bakery products" (code 5410301) - second qualification degree; - Activity 2 "Provision of training for the acquisition of key competencies for the employees in Zaharo Ltd.", a total of 46 employees will be trained in the company - 26 employees under CC2 "Communication in foreign languages ​​- English", three levels of training, 20 employees by the Digital Competence Center - 45 hours - Activity 3 "Introduction of a self-training system and introduction of own in-company training system at Zaharo Ltd." The expected results of the project implementation are providing access to modern training methods, creating motivation for self-development and self-improvement, improving the production capacity and efficiency of the employees, adaptability and flexibility of the employees on the labor market, sustainable development of the applicant company; The value of the project proposal is 68 310. 00 BGN Project activities are aimed at enhancing the ability of employees to meet rapidly changing labor markets as a result of structural factors such as globalization, technological changes and aging population.
