Equal access to lifelong learning

The project is prepared in response to identified needs of the employees to improve their adaptability and adaptability to the dynamic changes in the labor market in the Construction sector by improving access to lifelong learning opportunities. The following are defined: General objective: Enhance the quality of the workforce by including training and validating updated professional skills. Specific objectives: Increasing the competitiveness and adaptability of ALPIN BUILDING's employees towards the rapid changes in the labor market by including them in training. Increase investment in human capital and achieve higher quality employment by enabling lifelong learning and validation of acquired competencies. The target group is 20 employees of ALPIN BUILDING LTD at the following positions: • Worker isolation; • Installer; • Sandstone, • Technical Manager; • Labourer consturction; Implementation activities included in the project: 1. Providing training to improve the professional qualification of employees 2. Development and implementation of a training system for employees in accordance with the needs of the applicant 3. Provide access to innovative lifelong learning forms by introducing interactive learning methods  The expected results are as follows: - 20 employees have completed a training course for acquiring qualification in the profession 582010 "Construction technician" from the field of architecture and construction education and professional field 582 "Construction"; - Validated knowledge and skills by issuing certificates of vocational training; ; - Enhancement of the competitiveness and adaptability of the employees according to the actual needs of the enterprise, development and implementation of an employee training system
