Support for sustainable business

The aim of the project is to support the initial strengthening of the activity of "Alfa Market" Ltd., to provide better management and to create the preconditions for successful and sustainable business development of the company in the future. The project objectives will be achieved by providing access to business strategy services and information technology services. The project is intended to support Alfa Market Ltd. by providing business strategy development services for the entry and development in the retail e-commerce market for electrical appliances, electronics, machines and appliances, household goods and other household goods, as well as software development services for an e-commerce platform for electronics, machinery and appliances, household goods and other household goods. Alpha Market Ltd. is a micro-enterprise active in the field of retail trade of electrical appliances, electronics, machines and appliances, household goods and other household goods, created within the project № BG05M9OP001-1.023-0164 "Encouragement of entrepreneurship in the region Northeast - an incentive for economic growth and job creation in the Shumen and Dobrich districts ”, funded by OPHRD 2014-2020. The planned project activities will ensure the creation of a more favorable environment for successful and sustainable business development of the newly started enterprise, which is currently in the earliest stage of development and is therefore in a highly vulnerable market situation and is relatively weakly competitive. The project activities address the basic needs and unresolved problems of Alfa Market Ltd. related to the need for strategic business planning for entering new market segments, finding new customers and effectively addressing their needs, providing effective new channels for trading, sales and business promotion based on the achievements of modern information and communication technologies.
