Support for sustainable business

The aim of this project is to provide access to business development services for Union Balkan Ltd., a newly established micro-enterprise operating in the retail trade of furniture and furniture fittings. The enterprise was created after the participation of the sole owner of the capital in activities under project № BG05M9OP001-1.023-0164 "Promotion of entrepreneurship in the Northeast region - an incentive for economic growth and employment creation in the districts of Shumen and Dobrich", financed by the procedure "Support for entrepreneurship" "at OPHRD 2014-2020. The overall objective of the project is to provide further support for the initial strengthening and sustainable business development of the newly established enterprise, and to create preconditions for its better management, successful and sustainable business development. The specific objectives of the project are: providing access to business services and information technology services; providing targeted support for creating a more favorable environment for sustainable business development by creating conditions for strategic business management, entering new markets, providing new sales channels and promoting the business. The objectives and planned activities of the project are fully consistent with the objectives of the procedure and the individual needs of Union Ballan Ltd. to support the development of sustainable business. The project envisages the development of an individual business strategy for company growth and IT services related to the development of a specialized software platform for e-commerce of furniture, furniture hardware and household goods. Providing targeted individual support appropriate to the specific needs and stage of development of Union Balkan Ltd. will create preconditions and increase the chances of competitive survival in the market, successful and sustainable business development of the newly started enterprise.
