Support for sustainable business

The overall objective of the project is to provide support to the municipal social enterprise "Landscaping and Maintenance of Territories for Public Use" in the municipality of Gotse Delchev by providing access to business development services for the enterprise. The specific objective of the project is to provide access to management business services and encourage the use of different sources of information to create a more favorable environment for successful social enterprise development. The social enterprise established under the Social Enterprise Development Operational Program of HRD OP 2014-2020 is in a highly vulnerable situation in the economic market and is still poorly competitive. By providing access to a variety of management and organizational business services, and encouraging the use of various sources of information and contacts, it will ensure initial strengthening of its activities, better governance and the creation of prerequisites for successful and sustainable business development. That is why the project envisages the implementation of two main activities: 1. Development of a strategy for sustainable development of a municipal social enterprise "Landscaping and maintenance of areas for public use". 2.Marketing for the new services provided to the social enterprise for citizens and businesses. The provision of business services to the social enterprise "Landscaping and Maintenance of Public Areas", which carries out activities with social impact in the municipality of Gotse Delchev, will ensure the increase of its chances for successful business development and competitive survival of the market and, hence, of longer-term employment of persons from vulnerable groups.
