Support for sustainable business

The candidate is a Ltd company with three associates. Two of them (with a total share of 80%) are part of the project BG05M9OP001-1.023-0010-«FROM THE IDEA TO THE MONEY» with Andolito Consult Bulgaria ltd. financed and run with the aid of ESF, executed by HRD OP procedure "Support for entrepreneurs" in the period 2014-2020. It opened for business in July 2019 as the first board game club in the city of Plovdiv, aiming to constantly improve itself as a place for entertainment, where people of the board game community could visit. The candidate is still in its infant stages of development. Even though it has acquired some aid in the form of MICROCREDIT with shared risk, there is still more to be desired in terms of expertise in the field of IT and marketing. The project aims to provide the company with a functional website and the development of a marketing strategy, both of which are requirements for steady business development and reaching new customers. The project will be taking place in the city of Plovdiv for a period of 4 months and involves the following: - Developing and implementing a functional website - Developing a marketing strategy - Management and organisation of the project - Visualisation of the project Once the project is over, the candidate can function more efficiently as a join entrepreneurial venture, financed through ESF executed by HRD OP. Through aiding the company in this manner, its chances of growth in the next 1-year period increase a lot.
