SUPPORT FOR SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS

NEEDS: Consultation regarding the creation of two new sections of the company corporate website. The presence of the company in the online space by applying the most up-to-date marketing tools is fundamental to its development. This is because the Internet has a huge potential in finding new clients. For us, upgrading and managing a website in the most modern and effective way, namely through video content and the ability to make a direct online purchase request, is a powerful channel for communicating with potential customers and generating revenue for the company in the long run. GOALS: The goal is to upgrade the existing corporate web site with a section with video content and an opportunity for online reservation of our services. Our site acts as a channel for communication and information exchange and is a tool for attracting customers. Improving the service, promoting the brand of the company forms a positive corporate reputation and sustainability of our company development. TARGET SEGMENTS: One of our target segments are parents of children over 5 years of age, living in Sofia, interested in intellectual, emotional, musical, physical development of their children. Another segment is teenagers and adults from Sofia, who are interested in healthy lifestyle, yoga, fine arts, music, enhance their intellectual abilities. EXPECTED RESULTS: With the new functionality, we want to increase the flow of users by 40%, extend the duration of visitors on the site to 5 minutes, increase the ranking position of our page in Google with 3 points. MAIN ACTIVITIES: The consultation should be in three directions: 1. Development and implementation of an online booking system for our corporate website. 2. Create a new section of the website to publish appropriate video content. 3. Production and management of video content on our corporate site.
