Support for sustainable business in Chavdar Municipality

This project proposal is aimed at measures to facilitate access to business services for the development of social enterprise Chavdar in order to strengthen its activities, better management and create conditions for successful and sustainable business development. The social enterprise, which offers personal services for the population and guests of Chavdar such as organization of events, logistics, animation when visiting local landmarks and attractions, such as Kazanite, Chavdar Folklore Center, Topolnitsa Archaeological Park and Chavdar Sports and Tourist Attraction, and other ancillary activities to the tourist services offered by the municipality has been established and is carrying out its activity through support under operation "Development of social entrepreneurship" of OPHRD 2014-2020. The aim of this project is to upgrade and stabilize the new business structure. For this purpose, consultations will be held with two specialists - a business development consultant and a legal consultant. The business development consultant will provide advice on various aspects in the development of business activity by the applicant and a Business Strategy will be drawn up. The legal consultant will provide advice on the regulatory framework in the field of offering a tourist product and improving the quality of services by receiving feedback from visitors and using a prepared package of documents, including Methodology and a dynamic questionnaire for feedback from visitors and users. of the tourist product in the municipality of Chavdar This project will strengthen and develop an enterprise carrying out activities with social impact, will create a more favorable environment for successful continuation of activities by increasing access to business services. All project activities will be accompanied by mandatory information and publicity events to make public the support received by the applicant and grants from the EU through the ESF.
