Sustainable business support

The project proposal aimed at providing support to the newly created social enterprise NGO Seafarers' Professional Development Cluster by providing services in the field of business strategies to create prerequisites for sustainable business development of the NGO, increasing its competitiveness, developing of the opportunities and strengths and eliminating or reducing the threats and weaknesses in order to stabilize the young business entity. The specific objectives of the project proposal described below will be realized through the implementation of an activity A1: „Business Strategic Services”. The activity is formulated on the base of individual needs of the beneficiary and aims at sustainable development of business processes in the organization as follows: 1) Assistance in Development of a true vision; 2) Consultancy how to define competitive advantage; 3) Consultancy how to define your targets; 4) Focus on systematic growth; 5) How to implement "Think long term" method; 6) Be nimble; 7) Invest time in pre-work and people involvement; 8) Measure your results and execute excellently. The project execution is based on the objectives of the OP” Development of Human Resources” and the strategy “Europe 2020” and it is in line with Priority Axis 1: Improving the access to employment and job quality, Investment Priority 5: Self-employment, entrepreneurship and enterprise creation, including innovative micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and the relevant specific objective: Increasing the number of unemployed, inactive and employed persons included in self-employment. The current project will continue and build on the results of the implemented project in the field of Social Entrepreneurship by providing services in the field of business strategies.
