Marketing plan for publishing books and achieving sustainable business in Adviza EOOD

The overall goal of the project is the development of the start-up company "Adviza" through access to qualified business services in the field of marketing and the creation of a marketing plan for publishing books. The specific objectives address the provision of the necessary expertise for the development of a detailed marketing plan, by hiring a highly qualified expert with education and experience in the field; development of a new business division - publishing books as a main product group; expanding the customer base of Adviza as a tool to increase our revenues and ensure our stay on the market; the creation of a tool which we will use for planning and measuring the achieved results in the field of marketing of our new products; The project covers one main activity - Marketing services aimed at specific products of the enterprise. Through the implementation of the activity we will receive support from an expert for the development of a marketing plan. The analysis and planning of marketing activities will help us enter a market with a wide audience and will be a prerequisite for expanding our portfolio, developing a new business direction in our business. The implementation of the project will lead to many positive results for our young company. We will receive support for business services that are very important for a young companies like Adviza. This will facilitate our business start. The implementation of the project and the created marketing plan will give us the opportunity to develop our business, as we will have a means to measure our progress and consider additional activities. The most important results for us will be overcoming our current limitations - lack of expertise in marketing, small sales and underdeveloped customer base.
