Development of the start-up company "Vimboss" Ltd. by creating a communication strategy

The overall goal of the project is the development of the start-up company "Vimboss" through access to qualified business services in the field of marketing and the creation of a communication strategy for trading in automatic devices for cleaning toilets. The specific objectives address the provision of the necessary expertise for the development of the communication strategy, by hiring a highly qualified expert with education and experience in the field; development of our main business direction; defining our main target groups and creating a tool with which to plan and measure the results achieved in the field of marketing. The project covers one main activity - Marketing services aimed at specific products of the enterprise. Through the implementation of the activity we will receive support from an expert for the development of a communication strategy. The analysis and planning of the appropriate communication channels and creative advertising campaigns will help us enter a market with a wide audience and will be a prerequisite for the development of our business. The implementation of the project will lead to many positive results for our young company. We will receive support for business services that are very important for young companies such as Vimboss. This will facilitate our business start-up. The implementation of the project and the created communication strategy will give us the opportunity to develop our business, as we will have a means to measure our progress and consider additional activities. The most important results for us will be overcoming our current limitations - lack of expertise in marketing, lack of revenue and underdeveloped customer base. We can summarize that the implementation of the project will create a favorable business environment for our start as a young organization, helping us in a very important element of marketing - reaching customers in the right and easy way. This will make us a sustainable business unit.
