The company "TRISICO" Ltd. was established after signing a contract on the grounds of art. 47 para 1 of LPE/Law promotion employment/. The main activity of the company is to provide consulting services to its clients, and thanks to the assistance provided, we have been working successfully for almost two years with clients in the field of production, trade, agriculture and others. In order to reach the maximum number of potential customers, it is important to be well-positioned in the market. The specificity of the business is that it is a personal, individual business in which the client chooses to work together based on experience, knowledge, recommendations and references. An essential process is the ability to sell consulting services, for which, in addition to competence and professionalism in the specific subject, qualities and skills for selling services are also needed. In order to be able to reach new customers and more comprehensively, comprehensively to our existing partners, the need for development in two directions has been identified: -Services in the field of sales; -Services in the field of financial management and control; The aim is to obtain professional service from competent persons with experience in the field of sales and financial management and control. The implementation of the project will allow faster development of the company by increasing the revenues from new customers, reaching more customers in the areas of trade intermediation, business projects and sale of business and shares of companies, by accumulating knowledge and skills in financial control and analytical calculations, independence of operations, eliminating the needs of external contractors. The complex activities set for implementation in the project are fully compliant and will adequately meet the personal needs of the candidate company at an important stage for achieving sustainable business development.
