Support for sustainable business of Aldora car service by providing services in the field of business strategies

The project proposal will enable the start-up company ALDORA 2019 Ltd. to successfully develop in the market of car repair activities and to expand its business by developing and implementing new business strategies. In this regard, the purpose of the project proposal is to provide services in the field of business strategies that will contribute to strengthening the activities of the car service. The project will be implemented on the territory where the car service is located and operates - village of Jilenci, municipality. Kyustendil. This will establish a direct link between the company and the services provided in the field of business strategies. The provision of the described services will take the form of consultations related to the provision of competent advice, up-to-date information, sharing experience, knowledge and skills in the field of business strategies leading to a specific result - created business strategies to support start-ups, by making it sustainable, expanding the market and attracting new customers, etc. The services will be provided to the manager of the company. It is planned to conclude a contract under the CPA with a consultant in the field of business strategies, entrepreneurship, project activities, European funds. The project implementation period will be 4 months, during which 230 hours of consultations will be provided. The concrete results will be the following developed documents (business strategies): - business strategy for "niche market" - business strategy for "market superiority" - business strategy for communication with existing customers - business strategy for expanding the offered services through innovations and financial support of the European funds.
