Support for the Sustainable Business of "Projectic" Ltd.

The project is primarily aimed at providing consultancy support to strengthen the early stage of development of "Projectic" Ltd., which started operation in December 2019. "Projectic" is a young consulting company specializing in providing services for European projects development, content marketing and language services in English. The project has a total duration of 6 months and a total budget of BGN 4 945, which will be invested in three main types of consulting services: business strategies, marketing and legal services consulting. The services will be performed by proven experts with over six years of professional experience in the subject area of their expertise. The overall goal of the application is to overcome the challenges of the current stage of company development through professional consultations for stabilization and development of the company’s brand, services and management. The main target groups of the project are the target clients of the company, with a focus on clients in the field of European projects. The specific objectives that “Projectic” sets with this project are as follows: - To improve its competitiveness by building comprehensive services that meet the expectations of its target clients; - To develop its full product portfolio to meet the required professional standard through marketing, legal and management consultations; - To improve its financial and business planning to ensure the sustainability of its activities by analysing its achievements and the market changes. In result of the project, main legal documents and policies for work with legal and natural persons will be developed, as also be the corporate identity for promoting specific services and the new 2021-2022 Business Plan. The project will improve the company readiness to address the high expectations of its target customers, its competitiveness against the COVID-19 conditions, as well as its overall sustainable development.
