Saron EOOD is a micro-enterprise established within the project № BG05M9OP001-2.010-0535-C02 "Second Chance", funded under OPHRD 2014-2020, procedure BG05M9OP001-2.010 Development of social entrepreneurship. The company operates in the field of retail of women's clothing, maxi fashion, lingerie and accessories. At present, the company is in the initial phase of development and needs professional and targeted support for the development of sustainable business. Addressing directly the needs of Saron EOOD, this project aims to support the initial strengthening of the enterprise, to ensure better management and to create conditions for successful and sustainable development in the future. The objectives of the project will be achieved by providing access to individual marketing services for the specific products that the company trades. The planned project activities will ensure the creation of a more favorable environment for successful and sustainable business development of the newly started enterprise, which is currently in a highly vulnerable market situation and is relatively uncompetitive due to the early stage of its development. The project activities are directly aimed at solving one of the main problems of "Saron" Ltd. - the lack of recognition of the company and underdeveloped channels for sales and promotion of the business, as well as the need to conquer new markets. The implementation of the project will significantly increase the chances for competitive survival of the enterprise and will create preconditions for successful and sustainable business development in the future.
