Support for the Development of the National Market for Tailor-made Furniture for Kitchens Line Design ltd.

Kitchens Line Design ltd is a microenterprise, created as a result of a training and mentorship support, provided to the company's owner within a project under the „Entrepreneurship support“ operation, OP Human Resource Development 2014 – 2020. The company provides tailored interior solutions, focused at designing of kitchens – one of the most important elements of a home. The furniture production is outsourced, while Kitchens Line takes care of the delivery and installation. The company started its operations in 2020 with several clients from Northern Bulgaria, but its long-term strategy is to provide its services on the territory of the entire country. In order to adequately plan the development, the company needs an in-depth research of the future potential market, which cannot be accomplished without a consultancy support. In that regard, the general objective of the current project proposal is to provide support to a newly-established microenterprise at the start of its activities in view of strengthening it, achieving growth and sustainability. The specific objective is to create conditions for a successful market positioning of by conducting a market research of the national furniture market. The research will provide information about the market volume, competitors, their services and working conditions, potential partners/clients and it will lay out guidelines and recommendations for drafting the best possible strategy for market positioning. The project will be implemented by commissioning of the services of external consultant with long-term experience in business development and market performance. The final product will be a written marketing report. As a result of the project, the company will have at its disposal up-to-date information as well as valuable recommendations for making informed management decisions, taking into consideration future growth and development.
