Support for sustainable business

The company was established by Iliya Shekerdzhiev, who was a participant in the training under operation "Support for Entrepreneurship" of OPHRD 2014 - 2020. Through the knowledge and skills gained from the training and the desire for independence Mr. Shekerdzhiev established "Movelia" Ltd. The activity of the newly established company is in the field of video processing, cinematography, post-production and editing of videos, etc. The project proposal aims to provide support for sustainable development and growth of the start-up company by providing access to business services at the field of strategic planning and management. Start-up businesses and entrepreneurship are of key importance for the development of the Bulgarian economy and in particular of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), which is the engine of the economy. The SME sector in Bulgaria is characterized by several weaknesses, one of which is the lack of a clear and specific business plan and business strategy to be followed by entrepreneurs. In the context of the current project activities it is envisaged that the defined weakness in the start-up will be prevented and eliminated as a factor of influence. Through the implementation of the current project the defined weakness will be turned into a strength of the company by developing a business plan which includes a clear development strategy to be followed by the manager. The provision of business services and in this case the development of a business plan with clearly defined short-term and long-term business goals will ensure an increase in the chances for successful business development, competitive positioning and stabilization of the company. The project activities will lay the foundation for sustainable development of the young company. Created in the conditions of a pandemic the enterprise is faced with obstacles, exacerbating the need for strategic planning and optimization of business processes.
