This project proposal is aimed at measures to facilitate access to business services for the development of a social enterprise in the structure of Reduta Rental Ltd. in order to strengthen its activities, better management and create conditions for successful and sustainable business development. The social enterprise, which offers services and provides equipment in the field of organization of film and television filming days, was established and carries out its activity through support under the operation "Development of social entrepreneurship" of OPHRD 2014-2020. The aim of this project is to upgrade and stabilize the new business structure. For this purpose, consultations will be held with a specialist - business development consultant. The Business Development Consultant will provide advice on various aspects in the development of business activity by the applicant and a Business Strategy will be drawn up. This project will strengthen and develop an enterprise carrying out activities with social impact, will create a more favorable environment for successful continuation of activities by increasing access to business services. All project activities will be accompanied by mandatory information and publicity events, which will make public the support received by the applicant and grants from the EU through the ESF.
