The project proposal consists of measures to facilitate access to business services for the development of a social enterprise in the Eyes on Four Paws Foundation in order to strengthen its activities, better governance and create conditions for successful and sustainable business development . Eyes on Four Paws Foundation carries out training activities for service dogs, guide dogs for blind people, the social enterprise established in its structure, manages a hotel for dogs and has a Center for Vocational Training, established through operation support "Development of social entrepreneurship" of OPHRD 2014-2020. The aim of this project is to upgrade and stabilize the new business structure. For this purpose, consultations will be held in the field of marketing, working to promote the hotel for dogs and training provided by VTC. The marketing expert will share his knowledge and skills for various marketing techniques to improve the positioning of both activities in the market. This project will strengthen and develop an enterprise carrying out activities with social impact, will create a more favorable environment for successful continuation of activities by increasing access to business services. All project activities will be accompanied by mandatory information and publicity events, which will make public the support received by the applicant and grants from the EU through the ESF.
