IMPROVEMENT OF THE SALES MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM – TOOL FOR SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS OF MDDM – MITKO DONEV, MARIA DINEVA OOD

The project proposal envisages introduction and application of software products in the field of Information Technologies at the retail site " The Bears" of "MDDM - Mitko Donev, Maria Dineva" OOD, in order to modernize the existing system for management and control of sales, as follows: • Ensuring remote access to the software for sales management at the retail site (SMTP/SUPTS); • Implementation of mobile application for stock reporting at the retail site. Stock delivery on a daily base is executed in 2 (two) ways through: 1) Visits at producers’ premises and suppliers’ warehouses by remote purchase/orders of quantities of products set following price comparison and analysis; 2) Visits of suppliers and sales representatives on-site at the retail site upon direct reporting the stock availability. The remote access to the entire SUPTS modules (exclusion the sales) shall increase the efficiency to the degree allowing the company managers to apply management and organizational control in respect of the stock availability at the retail store upon planning orders out of the retail site. In addition, it shall facilitate the documentation flow and stock storage at any time and from any place via a personal computer. The implemented mobile application shall facilitate the staff engaged in the economic activity of "MDDM - Mitko Donev, Maria Dineva" OOD when preparing timely orders to suppliers at the retail site, as well as shall provide flexibility in planning current orders and purchases based on real-time checks. Both activities / services shall be provided by one Consultant in accordance with the requirements of the procedure. The project duration is 6 (six) months.
