Support for sustainable business

The main goal of the project is the development of the start-up company "GORAL GP TOX" Ltd. through access to qualified services in the field of marketing and the creation of a marketing strategy for the development of the platform iskamraota.com. The company was established after the participation of the sole owner of the capital in project activities № BG05M9OP001-1.023-0164 "Promoting entrepreneurship in the Northeast - a stimulus for economic growth and employment in Shumen and Dobrich", funded by the procedure "Support for Entrepreneurship "of OPHRD 2014-2020. The overall goal of the project is to provide follow-up support for the initial strengthening and sustainable business development of the newly started enterprise, and to create preconditions for its better management and sustainable business development. The specific objectives address the provision of the necessary expertise for the development of a marketing strategy for the specific services, which the company is providing, by hiring a highly qualified expert with education and experience in the field; sustainable development of the enterprise in the main business direction; researching competitors, researching the target audience of consumers and identifying specific marketing tools with which the company can plan and measure the results achieved in the field of marketing and in particular the ways to reach customers. The project covers one main activity - Marketing services aimed at specific products of the enterprise. The implementation of the project and the created marketing strategy will provide an opportunity to develop the business, as there will be a means to measure progress and consider additional activities.
