New workplaces and sustainable employment in "Lavadora" Ltd.

The project of Lavadora Ltd aims to create 26 sustainable new jobs on the territory of LAG "Dolni Chiflik and Byala" for unemployed and inactive persons to be covered by the labor market and to find their professional realisation in the building sector, which is defined as a priority sector for the local economy. This objective will be achieved through a combination of measures and implementation of innovative approaches for recruiting and hiring of unemployed and inactive people, conducting appropriate training for acquiring professional qualification and providing equipment for the new workplaces. The project focuses on the sustainable integration and inclusion in the local labor market of some of the most vulnerable groups on the territory of the LAG "Dolni Chiflik and Byala", namely: unemployed and inactive persons with low education (under the average), incl. people without qualification, and people over 54 years old. The project of "Lavadora" Ltd. addresses the identified needs of the unemployed and inactive persons on the territory of LAG "Dolni Chiflik and Byala", related to the need to improve the access to employment, to decrease the seasonal employment, to upgrade the skills and to gain practical knowledge and skills for sustainable integration into the labor market. Through the realisation of the project Lavadora Ltd gain positions on the building market, which will allow the company to achieve long-term positive effects for increasing the sustainable and quality employment on the territory of the LAG. In order to achieve the objectives of the project, it is envisaged to create 26 new workplaces, to recruit and hire unemployed and inactive persons from the territory of the LAG, to increase their qualification by conducting training for acquiring a second qualification degree from the professional field 582 - "Construction" and to purchase relevant equipment and business inventory for the needs of new jobs.
