Sustainable new workplaces in "Al-Corp" Ltd

The project of "Al-Corp" Ltd. aims to provide 30 sustainable new jobs on the territory of LAG "Dolni Chiflik and Byala" for unemployed and inactive persons, incl. representatives of highly vulnerable groups on the labor market - people over 54 age, people with disabilities, unemployed people with low education (under the average), incl. without any occupation, unemployed/inactive persons of roma origin. The project will have long-term positive effects on the target groups for participation and real inclusion in employment through the implementation of a combination of targeted measures and innovative methods of selecting persons from the target groups, ensuring sustainable employment, equipping workplaces and providing suitable working conditions. The project envisages the opening of 30 new workplaces in a structuring sector for the local economy, namely: the sector of specialized construction activities, which will enable the professional realization of 30 unemployed/ inactive persons from the territory of LAG "Dolni Chiflik and Byala". The project also contributes to the matching of the skills and competences of the unemployed and inactive persons with the requirements of the labor market by providing training for the acquisition of a second degree of professional qualification for 10 representatives of the target groups in a priority for the local economy professional field 582 "Building", profession "Builder-installer ", speciality 5820404 "Joinery and window glass". The project implementation contributes to addressing the major employment challenges in the LAG's territory and to make a real contribution to increasing the competitiveness of the labor force and their successful and lasting integration into the labor market in line with local needs and development potential. The expected results are improving access to employment and reducing unemployment in the LAG territory, among the representatives of the most vulnerable groups on the labor market.
