"Skills Development at Kris Brand LTD."

The company "Kris Brand Ltd" has an economic activity falling under code 18.13. The prepress preparation and the sphere in which the advertising activity is realized. The project aims to improve the working environment of the company by providing training for first and third degree qualification and Key Competency 2 "Communication of foreign languages" to 12 unemployed and / or inactive employees, which in turn will contribute to improving the quality of jobs and will directly affect the productivity of the enterprise. Achieving the intended objectives and indicators under the project will be implemented through the following project activities: 1.Professional training in first degree by profession "Computer operator" 2.Professional training in third degree by profession "Graphic designer" 3.Course competence training 2 "Communication in foreign languages" 4.Assumption of unemployed and / or inactive persons 5.Including unemployed and / or inactive people in non-subsidized employment The activities envisaged under the present project "Skills Development at Kris Brand LTD." will ensure the link between the necessary qualification/skills and the requirements of the future labor market which will create the necessary prerequisites for achieving a competitive and developing knowledge based economy and technological development. Lifelong learning is a process of continuous, deliberate acquisition of knowledge and skills. Improving the skills of the employees at Chris Brand Ltd. will contribute to the successful realization of the persons in the labor market, their retention and especially to increase their opportunities for career development. These skills contribute to rapid cohesion in the context of the European Union, which is based on mutual understanding, tolerance for differences and active civil society. The implementation of the project will support the lifelong learning process, which is an important component for improving the quality of the workforce.
