"Qualified employees in PABLO-33 EOOD"

The company PABLO-33 Ltd. has an economic activity falling under code 56.10 Design of restaurants and fast food establishments.The project aims to improve the working environment by providing training for qualification enhancement and Key Competency 2 training to 31 employees and 10 unemployed and or inactive people,which in turn will contribute to improving the quality of jobs and will directly reflects positively on the productivity of the work in the enterprise.The goals of the project are also linked to the upgrade of the knowledge of the employees related to the individual workplace and the acquisition of new knowledge.Achieving the intended goals and ind Project promoters will be implemented through the following project activities: 1.Prof.trainings for the upgrading of the second level of qualification by professions:"Waiter-Bartender" and "Cook" 2.Prof.trainings for the upgrading of the third degree by profession:"Restaurant" and "Animator" 3.Course competence training 2"Communication in foreign languages" 4.Provide opportunities for flexible forms of employment for 31 employees during the training period 5.Assumption of unemployed and/or inactive persons 6.Including unemployed and/or inactive people in non-subsidized employment The envisaged project activities will ensure the link between the necessary skills/skills and the requirements of the future labor market,thus creating the necessary prerequisites for achieving a competitive and developing economy based on knowledge and technological development. Lifelong learning is a process of continuous and deliberate acquisition of knowledge and skills. Improving the skills of employees will contribute to the successful realization of the persons on the labor market,to their retention and especially to the increase of the their skills for career development.These skills contribute to rapid cohesion in the EU context,which is based on mutual understanding,tolerance for differences and active civil society.
