LIFELONG SKILLS DEVELOPMENT - FOR HIGHER RATE, BETTER QUALITY AND SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT

Candidate: Antoan Vill company - Ruse; General objective: Expanding qualifications of the labour force in Ruse through professional and career development of the employed, stimulating their participation in flexible forms of employment and lifelong learning, increasing the economic activity and improving the access to employment of unemployed persons in Ruse through inclusion in vocational and key competences trainings. Specific objectives: 1.Increasing the qualification of 42 company employees and stimulating their participation in flexible forms of employment; 2.Increasing the economic activity and providing access to employment for 20 unemployed persons. Target group: employed and unemployed persons from Ruse. Beneficiaries: 42 company employees with lower secondary and secondary education and 20 unemployed from Ruse. According to the conditions of the procedure for companies from non-priority economic sectors, 100 % of the employed beneficiaries, included in trainings have not higher than secondary education and 10 of them are over 54 years old. Main activities: Vocational training of 42 employed and 20 unemployed, according to their individual needs and the specifics of the particular job. Key competences training - 42 employed and 20 unemployed, according to their individual needs and employer’s requirements for the specific job; Providing 5 months non-subsidised employment at the company for 13 /65%/ of the unemployed persons, who have successfully graduated vocational and key competences trainings. Including the 42 employed beneficiaries in flexible forms of employment during the trainings. Expected results: Increased skills adequacy of the beneficiaries according to the current needs of the company and provided opportunities for long-term employment, for applying for new and quality jobs; real opportunities for employment for the unemployed beneficiaries at the company or at other enterprises from one of the key economic sectors in the region.
