Promoting professional development at "CASA FELICE BLUE" Ltd.

The company "CASA FELICHE BLU" Ltd. has an economic activity falling under code 56.10 Activity of restaurants and fast food establishments. The project aims to improve the working environment by providing training for qualification enhancement to 22 employees and 16 unemployed and/or inactive people,which in turn will contribute to improving the quality of jobs and will directly reflects positively on the productivity of the enterprise.The objectives of the project are also linked to the upgrade of the knowledge of the employees related to the individual workplace and the acquisition of new knowledge.Achieving the intended objectives and indicators under the project will be implemented through the following project activities: 1.Professional trainings for the upgrading of the second level of qualification by professions: "Waiter-Bartender" and "Cook" 2.Professional trainings for the upgrading of the third degree by profession:"Restaurant" 3.Course competence training 2"Communication in foreign languages" 4. Provide opportunities for flexible forms of employment for 22 employees for the period of training 5.Assumption of unemployed and/or inactive persons 6.Including unemployed and/or inactive people in non-subsidized employment The envisaged project activities will ensure the link between the necessary qualifications/skills and the requirements of the future labor market, which will create the necessary prerequisites for achieving a competitive and developing economy based on knowledge and technological development.Lifelong learning is a process of continuous, deliberate acquisition of knowledge and skills.Improving the skills of the employees will contribute to the successful realization of the persons in the labor market,to their retention and especially to the enhancement of their career development opportunities.These skills contribute to rapid cohesion in an EU context based on mutual understanding,tolerance for differences and active civil society.
