Leader AMT Ltd.is a company with economic activity falling under code 41.20Construction of residential and non-residential buildings,which aims at improving the working environment of the company by providing training for qualification enhancement and training in Key Competence2 to 30 employees.The planned training will contribute to improving the quality of jobs and will directly affect the productivity of the company.The objectives of the project are also linked to the upgrade of the knowledge of the employees related to the individual workplace and the acquisition of new knowledge.The envisaged objectives and indicators of the project will be implemented through the following activities:1.Vocational training for upgrading the second and third degree;2.Course competence training 2 "Communication in foreign languages";3.Provide opportunities for flexible forms of employment for 30 employees.Activities under this procedure will ensure the link between the necessary qualifications/skills and the requirements of the future labor market, which will create the necessary prerequisites for achieving a competitive and developing economy based on knowledge and technological development.Lifelong learning is a process of continuous,deliberate acquisition of knowledge and skills. Improving the skills of the employees in the company will contribute to the successful realization of the persons on the labor market,to their retention and especially to the enhancement of their career development opportunities.The applicant expects to achieve a long-term effect on the target group and the overall activity of the comp.after the realization of the project activities.The company will be given the opportunity to train motivated people to work as a valuable person.The implementation of the project is expected to increase the adequacy of the skills representatives of the target group,in line with the current needs of the business,in order to provide prerequisites for long-term employment.
