Acquisition of knowledge and skills of the employees in RADO GROUP LTD through training in vocational qualification and key competency

The overall objective of the project is: "To promote professional and career development of employees and stimulate lifelong learning by providing two types of training as an opportunity to acquire and develop skills in the field of apparel production and foreign language competencies." The following specific objectives are formulated to achieve the overall objective: Specific objective 1: To increase the professional qualification for the formation of new knowledge, skills of the employees in "RADO GROUP" Ltd. by providing training in the professional field Manufacturing technologies - textiles, clothing, shoes and leathers; Specific Objective 2: To develop knowledge of foreign languages ​​by employing them in key competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages". These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Conducting training for acquisition of professional qualification of the employees in "RADO GROUP" EOOD in the professional field "Production technologies - textiles, clothing, footwear and leather"; 2. Conducting training to acquire Key Competences in key Competence 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" - English. The project includes measures to implement visualization and publicity of the activities and performance results. With the preparing of project proposal were identified the needs of the company and the specific needs of the target group: quality and long-term employment, skills acquisition, job satisfaction, motivation to work, foreign language skills. Through the achievement of the objectives and the envisaged activities of this project will contribute to the motivation and competitiveness of the employees, increase the efficiency of their work, will increase the adequacy of the employees' skills in the company according to the current needs of the business, increase the productivity of their work and create conditions for sustainable employment and respectively the employment of better jobs.
