Training of employed, unemployed and inactive persons in PROFAKTOR BG LTD

The activity of Profaktor BG Ltd. is related to consultancy in business management, preparation of business projects and organization of accounting and preparation of financial statements. The company significantly increased its clients, expanded its work and services. With the expansion of workload and document turnover, there is a need both for the acquisition of new skills for the employees of Prof. Bg Ltd. and for the recruitment of new employees. A minimum of 50% of all inactive / unemployed persons who have successfully completed the training provided by the project will be included in the company's employment. The employment period will be 3 months. The implementation of the project will improve the economic activity and access to employment for job-seekers unemployed and inactive by providing opportunities for inclusion in different types of trainings. As a result of the implementation of the project, the skills of the employed, the unemployed and / or the inactive persons will be increased, the productivity of their labor will be increased and the conditions for sustainable employment will be created. The project proposal target group includes: - Employees in Profactor BG Ltd - 2 employees - unemployed and / or inactive persons - 4 persons The activities that will be implemented under this project are: Activity 1. Provide training to acquire the professional qualification of persons from the target groups according to the individual characteristics of the person and the specificities of the workplace. Activity 2. Provide training to acquire key competences of individuals in the target groups according to the individual characteristics of the person and the specificities of the workplace. Activity 3. Inclusion of unemployed and / or inactive persons in employment with Profaktor BG Ltd. after successful completion of the training. Activity 4. Provide opportunities for flexible forms of employment for employees over the period of training.
