Improving the employment quality by acquiring professional and language skills for the workers in Mal Mok Home AD, Mal Muk 4 Ltd. and Ideal Stroy Ltd.

The project "Improving the employment quality by acquiring professional and language skills for the workers in Mal Mok Home AD, Mal Muk 4 Ltd. and Ideal Stroy Ltd." 's main objective is "increasing the qualification of the labor force by providing vocational training in the field of e-commerce, as well as providing a language course. " This will encourage professional and career development in the companies as well as provoke a desire for personal improvement and lifelong learning. The project target group, employees, directly corresponds to the HRD OP strategy for higher and quality employment, as well as to Investment Priority No 6: Improving equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups. Through the implementation of the project will be created prerequisites for acquiring new professional skills and language competences, will be promoted the career orientation process as well as opportunities for updating and validating the acquired knowledge. The following activities will be implemented within the project and they will lead to measurable results: - Providing vocational training in E-Commerce (code 4820401), 65 people are expected to be provided with the opportunities for sustainable employment and career development. - Providing training in Key Competence 2 - "Communication in Foreign Languages" - Greek, 65 people are expected to be able to cope with existing barriers to communicating in a foreign language and to be adaptable in a dynamic working environment. It is expected that through the implementation of the project the work skills of the target group will be increased. The activities will contribute to the professional development and career advancement of 65 employees, will provide the opportunity for permanent employment and will promote the competitiveness of the trained in the labor market.
