"Skills Improvement in Desislava LTD."

The "Skills Improvement in Desislava LTD." project aims at improving the working environment of the company by providing training for the upgrading of qualification and training in Key Competence 2 "Communication of foreign languages" to a total of 102 employees, which in turn will contribute to improve the quality of jobs and directly affect the productivity of work in the enterprise. The project goals are also linked to the upgrade of the knowledge of the employees related to the individual workplace and acquired Lifelong learning is a process of continuous, deliberate acquisition of knowledge and skills. Improving the skills of employees in "Desislava EOOD" will contribute to the successful realization of the employees, to their retention and especially to the increase of the career opportunities. These skills contribute to rapid cohesion in the EU context, based on mutual understanding, tolerance for differences and active civil society. The envisaged activities of the project will ensure the link between the necessary the qualification and skills and the requirements of the future labor market, which will create the necessary prerequisites for achieving a competitive and developing economy based on the knowledge and technological development. Desislava EOOD is an economic activity falling under code 14.13Production of overwear without work. Over 50% of the trainees enrolled in the training meet the requirement and have completed a lower education level than ISCED 4 (they do not have higher than average education). The achievement of the envisaged objectives and indicators under the project will be accomplished by implementing the following activities: 1. Providing the possibility for flexible forms of employment for 102 employees in Desislava LTD. for the period of training 2. Vocational training for upgrading the first, second and third degree of professional qualification 3. Key Competency Training 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages"
