Improving the quality of jobs by providing specific training for employees in Oberon-X Ltd.

The project "Improving the quality of jobs through the provision of specific training for employees in Oberon-X Ltd"'s main objective is "increasing the qualification of the workforce by providing specific for the enterprise training. " This will encourage career develompment in the company as well as the people's desire for personal improvement and lifelong learning. In order of achieving the overall goal, the following Specific Objective is formulated: 1. Providing the opportunity for specific knowledge and skills acquiring for the total of 40 employees in Oberon-X and obtaining their professional realization and specialization. The project's target group, employees, directly corresponds to the strategy of the HRD OP for higher and quality employment, as well as the IP 6: Improving equal access to lifelong learning opportunities for all age groups. Through the implementation of the project, opportunities for acquiring new skills will be created relevant to the needs of the employer, the workplaces and the specifics of the production sphere. The target group will be given the opportunity for detailed and qualitative training focused entirely on the characteristics of the production and the processes they manipulate with on a daily basis. The following action will be implemented within the project: 1. Getting the target group participated in the specific training "Implementing Innovative Practices in Packaging and Commerce: Environmental Solutions for Sustainable Packaging". By realizing this activity the following measurable results will be achieved: a company in Elin Pelin district will increase the professional specialization of 40 employees. This will contribute to the motivation and competitiveness of the employees and thus to the efficiency of their work; will increase the adequacy of the skills of the employees in the company, taking into account the specifics of the business and the current needs of the business.
