Increasing the adequacy of the skills of the employees at Elton Service Ltd

I. Need for Satisfaction    According to research, 48.6% of companies hired employees after completing their education identify gaps in their training and do not have the knowledge and skills necessary to fulfill their professional duties. For the recruited persons, about 70% of the firms point to lack of professional knowledge and skills and 60% to the ability to work independently and to make decisions. About 40% of companies believe that young people can not work in a team, and 80% think that they have gaps in their professional knowledge and skills.    All this shows that the level of competence and the professional-qualification structure of the workforce among the target group is not at the required level. II. Specific objectives  Provide training to improve professional qualification and key competencies of employees  Increase the number of employees with acquired or improved qualifications and key competencies  Increase the number of employees who have acquired new knowledge and skills  Creating sustainable employment for employees III. Target audience-15 employees, appointed on a labor contract with the Applicant IV. Basic activities 1. Selection of individuals from the target group 2. Incoming test on KC2-English 3. Specific training-course 1-Robotic and peripheral devices, robotic palletizing programs 4. Training to increase the prof.qualification for a part of a profession under 2 SPC-course 2-Computer Management Technologies 5. Training to acquire KC2-course 3-English 6. Applying an exam and issuing documents to the graduates 7. Provide opportunities for flexible forms of employment V. Results for achievement 1. Selected Employees-15 2. Specific training-15 persons 3. Trainings for vocational qualification and KC-2 courses for 15 persons 4. Employed persons who have acquired qualification-15 5. Employed persons who have acquired KC2-15 6. Trained persons with permanent employment after completion of the project - 15
