Increasing knowledge and skills of the employees in Veselina - Bis Ltd. through training in vocational qualification and key competency

The overall objective of the project is "To promote the professional and carrer development of the current staff and one unemployed/inactive person trough training to increase sales, trade and foreign language skills." To achieve this are formulated the followin specific objectives: SO1: To increase the professional qualification through formation of new knowledge, skills of the employed and one unemployed/inactive person by providing training in the professional field "Wholesale and Retail"; SO2: To formulate new knowledge in foreign language of employees and one unemployed/inactive person through inclusion in training Key competency 2 "Communication in foreign languages"; SO3: To provide conditions for sustainable employment and professional realization of one person under the age of 29 years. These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Conducting trainings for acquiring professional qualification in the field of Wholesale and retail; 2. Conducting training for acquiring Key competency 2 "Communication in foreign languages"- German. 3. Providing non-subsidized employment to one unemployed/inactive person up to 29 years of age. The project includes measures to implement vizualization and publicity of the activities and performance results. The project is in line with the needs of the company and the specific needs of the representatives of the target groups: formation and updating of the knowledge and skills corrsponding to the occupation, long term prefessional and career development, motivation to work, foreign language skills. The project: - will contribute to the competitiveness of the employees; - will increase the adequacy of the skills of the employees in the company and one unemployeed/inactive person, taking into account the current needs of the business; - will enable the qualification and employment of one unemployed/inactive person; - create conditions for sustainable employment and better job.
