STOVI 1 Ltd. is a dynamically company, one of the leaders of the printing industry in Bulgaria. The main activity of STOVI 1 Ltd. is related to the production of packages of paper and cardboard. The company has expanded its range of products, increased its customers and its workload. STOVI 1 Ltd. also invests in new technological equipment. With the expansion of workload and the deployment of new equipment, the need arises both for the acquisition of new skills of the employees in the company and for the recruitment of new employees. A minimum of 50% of all inactive / unemployed persons who have successfully completed the training provided by the project will be included in the company's employment for a period of 3 months. The implementation of the project will improve the economic activity and access to employment for job-seekers unemployed and inactive by providing opportunities for inclusion in different trainings. As a result of the project implementation, the skills of the employed, the unemployed and / or the inactive will be increased creating conditions for sustainable employment. The target group of the project proposal includes a total of 50 persons, of which: - 40 employed, employed by STOVI 1 EOOD - 10 unemployed and / or inactive persons The activities that will be implemented under this project are: Activity 1. Provide training to acquire the professional qualification of persons from the target groups according to the individual characteristics of the person and the specificities of the workplace. Activity 2. Provide training to acquire key competences of individuals in the target groups according to the individual characteristics of the person and the specificities of the workplace. Activity 3. Incorporation of unemployed and / or inactive persons into employment at STOVI 1 Ltd., after successful completion of the training. Activity 4. Provide opportunities for flexible forms of employment for employees over the period of training
