"Maintaining the skills of the employees of" Amore 75 "Ltd."

"Amore 75" Ltd. is an economic activity falling under code 56.10 Design of restaurants and fast service establishments.The project aims at improving the working environment of the company by providing training for qualification enhancement and training in Key Competence 2 at 70 employees, which in turn will contribute to improving the quality of jobs and will directly affect the productivity of work in the enterprise. The project objectives are also linked to the build-up of knowledge of and the individual workplace and acquire new knowledge. Achieving the intended objectives and indicators of the project will be achieved by implementing the following project activities: 1. Technical trainings for the upgrading of the second level of qualification by professions: "Waiter - bartender", "Cook", "Sales consultant" 2. Professional trainings for the upgrading of the third degree by profession: "Restaurant" and "Animator" 3. Course competence training 2 "Communication in foreign languages" 4. Providing the opportunity for flexible forms of employment for 70 employees in Amore 75 Ltd. for the period of training The activities envisaged under this procedure will ensure the link between the necessary qualifications / skills and the requirements of the future labor market, thus creating the necessary prerequisites for achieving a competitive and developing economy based on knowledge and technological development. Beyond 50% of the employed people do not have higher than average education. Lifelong learning is a process of continuous, deliberate acquisition of knowledge and skills. Improving the skills of employees in Amore 75 Ltd. will contribute to success the realization of people on the labor market, their retention and, above all, the enhancement of their career development opportunities. These skills contribute to rapid cohesion in the EU context based on mutual understanding, tolerance for differences and active civil society .
