Development of human resources in K and H Group Consulting Ltd.

K and H Group Consulting is an enterprise that operates in the city of Silistra. The firm is engaged in consultancy and has 5 persons appointed as "business consultant", some of whom have completed a lower education level than ISCED 4. One of the main goals of the company is to appoint another 15 unemployed / inactive persons to support the successful development of the company through their promotion and motivation for development in the field of consulting activities. The newly employed will be assigned to the following positions: 5 persons in the position of "business consultant", 5 persons in the position of "expert marketing" and 5 persons in the position of Assistant Office. With this project, we plan to develop the company's business by attracting motivated people to successfully carry out the company's business. Achieving the intended objectives and indicators under the project will be implemented through the following project activities: - 10 persons holding a "business consultant" position will be trained in a Business Services Associate. - 5 persons holding the position of "marketing expert" will be trained in the profession "Marketing Assistant" and 5 persons in the position of Assistant Office by "Small and Medium Business Associate". - all 20 persons will undergo key competency training 2 "Communication in foreign languages" - English. The planned trainings are tailored to the specifics of the company's activities and the needs of the jobs. Thanks to the implementation of the project, a number of beneficial results will be created, such as improving the skills of the employees, which corresponds directly to their successful realization in the labor market, their retention and, above all, the enhancement of their career development opportunities. Indirect results expected to create the necessary prerequisites for achieving a competitive and developing economy based on knowledge and technological development.
