Development of specific skills and key competencies for improving the work competitiveness in Amet OOD

Since 1995 AMET Ltd, as unique for Bulgarian market, has been developing and manufacturing electro-surgical apparatuses and medical electronics whit scale and quality meeting the requirements of European standards and EU Directive 93/42 / EWG for the manufacture of medical electro-surgical apparatus. In the company operates management systems in accordance with the international standards ISO13485 for the manufacture of medical devices by mdc medical device certification GmbH-Stuttgart, ISO9001: 2008, OHSAS18001: 2007, ISO50001 and has received a CE - mark for production acknowledged throughout Europe. AMET Ltd long-term strategy for development envisions enhancing competitiveness through the development of innovative products and optimization of production processes through the implementation of environmentally-friendly and energy-saving high-tech equipment in favor of labour productivity. In addition, AMET Ltd maintains policy for development of its staff through periodic, refresher and upgrading training. For more successful and effective work with the new technologies, the interchangeability in the production processes and in response to the growing requirements of the market, it is necessary to create a system of specialized for the innovative production of electrosurgical apparatus and medical electronics training, specifically for AMET Ltd. With this project proposal, the company benefits from the opportunity to apply for the following two activities: 1. Providing training specific to each workplace and work process of the persons employed in AMET Ltd; 2. Providing training for acquiring key competency for employees on „Key Competence 2 - Language Teaching“. With their implementation will be facilitated access to innovative, specific training and will be ensured the link between labour market requirements and the skills needed, helping to be achieved a competitive and rising knowledge-based economy.
