The current project "Enhancing the skills and competencies of MULTITEST OOD employees provides for specific training to increase the competencies and the adequacy of the skills of the company's technical testing and analysis staff. Training will increase skills and competences and create conditions for sustainable career development for 10 employees, supporting lifelong learning and improving the quality of the workforce. Through the specific training provided by the ultrasonic control method with phased arrays and a diffractive ultrasound control method, the company will introduce new services in the field of high-tech methods of non-destructive control and will continue its research and development activities. Employees will learn innovative knowledge, part of the "skills of the future". By providing access to the innovative, specific training of its employees, the company aims to ensure the link between labor market requirements and the skills needed to achieve a competitive and emerging knowledge-based economy. The expected results include significant enhancement of the skills and competences of the employees to deal with everyday tasks in the workplace, acquiring modern competencies applicable to their job functions.
