Creating conditions for sustainable and quality employment in Nemetschek Ltd. by conducting specific trainings and trainings for acquiring key competencies

In connection with the implementation of its development strategy, Nemetschek Ltd. identifies one main need - raising the specific skills of the employees, as well as their key competencies. This is also the MAIN OBJECTIVE of the present project application - implementation of job-specific and work-based training courses as well as trainings for acquiring key competencies of the employees in Nemetschek Ltd. in order to increase their qualification and productivity as well as a prerequisite for sustainable and quality employment. THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT are: - Increasing the qualification and the adequacy of the target group's skills to meet its current needs as well as those of Nemetschek Ltd. by improving their specific skills and key competencies - Promoting the career development of Nemetschek's employees by providing opportunities for participation in various forms of lifelong learning - Creating conditions for sustainable employment and better quality jobs in Nemetschek Ltd. - Increasing labour productivity, achieving competitive advantages and economic growth of Nemetschek Ltd. In order to meet the objectives, set in the project, the following activities are envisaged: Activity 1: Organisation of 1 specific training for improvement of work processes in Nemetschek Ltd. related to servicing of internal and external company customers Activity 2: Organisation of 3 specific trainings for employees in Nemetschek Ltd. for acquiring technical skills in the field of information technologies Activity 3: Organisation of 2 trainings, aiming at the acquisition of key competencies from employees in Nemetschek Ltd. The project target group includes 119 employees, employed at Nemetschek Ltd. on a labour contract. The expected project results are increase of the employees' skills, creation of conditions for lifelong learning, sustainable and quality employment, higher labour productivity and better company results.
