Program for overall development and improvement of the personnel expertise in IndigoVerge Ltd. by organizing company-specific trainings

In connection with the implementation of its strategy for business expansion IndigoVerge Ltd. identifies one main NEED - increasing the specific skills of the company’s employees. This is precisely the MAIN OBJECTIVE of this project: conducting job-specific training courses for the employees of IndigoVerge Ltd. THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES of the project are: - Increasing the qualification of the target group according to its current needs and those of its employer by improving their specific skills; - Promoting the professional development of employees by providing different innovative forms of lifelong learning; - Creating conditions for sustainable employment and better jobs in IndigoVerge Ltd.; - Improving the efficiency and productivity of the workforce, expanding the business and achieving economic growth; MAIN PROJECT ACTIVITY is organising a series of training courses for the employees in IndigoVerge Ltd., specific for the work positions and the work processes in the company, as follows: - ST1: Development of skills for planning and management of the work processes and improvement of the professional maturity of the teams in the company. - ST2: Development of skills for IT projects development and outline of career paths based on the targeting methodology OKR. - ST3: System administration, management and implementation of IT projects in IndigoVerge Ltd. with the Atlassian tool chain. - ST4: Introduction to DevOps methodology for software development and acquiring skills for its implementation into the workflows of IndigoVerge Ltd. TARGET GROUP of the project consists of 15 employees, employed by IndigoVerge Ltd. on labour contract. EXPECTED RESULTS are increasing the qualification of the employees, creating conditions for lifelong learning, achieving sustainable and quality employment, higher labour productivity and better company results.
