Improving the quality of workplaces in "National Association for Consumer Protection"

National Association for Consumer Protection is a non-governmental organization created to protect consumers' interests. The aim of the NACP is to defend one of the leading positions in the process of regulating the economic relations between citizens and traders. To fulfill these responsibilities and aims, the association relies on the experience and professionalism of its staff. In this connection and in order to develop its activities, the Management Board of the Association wishes with this project proposal to attract new staff, to stimulate the already employed and to engage the persons with their mission in a sustainable employment. Through the project all 35 persons will be trained, 30 of them already employed, and the remaining 5 will be unemployed or inactive, with whom after the successful completion of the training, contracts will be concluded. The target group correspond with all the criteria set out in the program. The project aims providing conditions for professional and career development in the NACP by increasing the qualification of the workforce and increasing the economic activity and improving the access to employment for the jobseekers unemployed or inactive by providing training for professional qualification. The target group includes also the employees in the association who will be provided with incentives and opportunities for flexible forms of employment with which they will be able to fully engage with the project activities. The implementation of the planned activities will integrate motivated people, regardless of their education and experience, to develop in the area of social services. Also, the realization of the project indirectly corresponds to the goals set by the OP and will ensure the connection between the necessary qualification and the requirements of the future labor market, which will create the necessary prerequisites for achieving a competitive and developing knowledge- technological development.
