ADAPTING THE SKILLS OF THE EMPLOYED TOWARDS THE ACTUAL AND STRATEGIC NEEDS OF BUSINESS – A CONDITION FOR SUSTAINABLE AND NEW QUALITY EMPLOYMENT

The candidate is sole trader Rumen Kozhuharov - Ruse; General objective of the project: Expanding the skills of the company employees through vocational and key competences training, stimulating their participation in flexible forms of employment and lifelong learning; Specific objectives: 1. Vocational training of 34 company employees, according to their individual characteristics, employer’s requirements for the occupied jobs and the company development policy. 2. Foreign language and digital competences trainings of 34 employees, related to employer’s requirements to the specific jobs company development perspectives. 3. Promotion of beneficiaries’ participation in flexible forms of employment during the trainings; Target group: company employees; Beneficiaries: 6 employees with lower-secondary, 28 with secondary education. According to the requirements of the procedure for companies from non-priority economic sectors, 100 % of the employed beneficiaries, included in vocational and key competences trainings have not higher than secondary education. Main activities: Vocational training of 34 employees for the speciality “Tailoring”, profession “Tailor”, first level of professional qualifications /6 persons/ and for the speciality “Fashion design”, profession „Designer”, third level of professional qualifications /28 persons/; Key competences training of 34 beneficiaries for “Communicating in a foreign language”, English language /28 persons/ and “Digital competence” /6 persons/; Including 34 beneficiaries in flexible forms of employment /part-time employment/ during the trainings; Expected results: Adapted skills of the company staff towards the requirements of the employer for the specific jobs and the company development strategy through vocational and key competences trainings and including them in flexible forms of employment; Provided opportunities for sustainable employment for the beneficiaries at the company and in a priority regional economic sector.
