Raising professional and key knowledge and skills through distance training of employees at Netins Insurance Brokers Ltd.

The management of Netins Insurance Brokers Ltd. understands that the success of their business depends on the people who work in this company and represent it on the market. In order to be able to use rationally the time, financial, administrative and human resources, special knowledge, understanding of the tasks and training of the employees are necessary. The Company is going to carry out insurance, customer service and mediation with insurers in general insurance, health, property, life insurance and pension insurance. The current project aims to increase the ability of the employees of Netins Insurance Brokers Ltd, which are a priority target group, to meet the rapid changes in the labor market as a result of dynamic technological development, globalization, aging, etc. The objectives of the project are fully in line with the OP HRD objectives to improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing the services offered and enhancing social inclusion. The expected outcome of the training courses is for employees to acquire all the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out their daily tasks, build trust between management and employees, and motivate them to develop. The project envisages the following activities: distance training courses for all 30 permanent contract employees: - training to acquire professional qualifications - Profession: "Financier", subject: "Insurance and Insurance" - training to acquire digital competence - providing an incentive through a flexible form of employment - floating working time. For this purpose the company provides for the training to be carried out by an external contractor,a vocational training center with an active National Agency for Vocational Education and Training license for the professions and/or specialties under which the training will take place.
