Acquiring skills and improving the qualification of the employees in BG-73 Ltd

Company "BG-73" Ltd has an economic activity falling under code 49.41 Freight transport by road. The project aims to improve the working environment of the company by providing training for the upgrading of 16 employees and 10 new unemployed / inactive persons, which in turn will contribute to improving the quality of jobs and will directly affect productivity of the work in the enterprise. The objectives of the project are also linked to the upgrade of the knowledge of the employees related to the individual workplace and the acquisition of new knowledge. Achieving the intended objectives and indicators under the project will be implemented through the following project activities: 1. Vocational training for the upgrading of the second degree in the field of "Transport equipment fitter", code 525020 2. Vocational training for the upgrading of the third degree in the professions "Technician in lifting and transport equipment", code: 525050 3. Provide opportunities for flexible forms of employment for 16 employees in the company for the period of training 4. Selection of unemployed / inactive persons 5. Ensuring non-subsidized employment for the selected unemployed / inactive persons. The activities envisaged under this procedure will ensure the link between the necessary qualifications / skills and the requirements of the future labor market, thus creating the necessary prerequisites for achieving a competitive and developing knowledge-based and technological development economy. Lifelong learning is a process of continuous, deliberate acquisition of knowledge and skills. Improving the skills of the employees in BG-73 Ltd will contribute to the successful realization of the persons on the labor market, their retention and especially to increase their career development opportunities. These skills contribute to rapid cohesion in an EU context based on mutual understanding, tolerance for differences and active civil society.
