The current project complies with the common and specific goals of the program and aims to improve the competitiveness of the company on the market, further develop the employed personnel, employ and train unemployed and not-active people. The implementation of the project aims to meet the goals of the program: - deliver training and employment of unemployed and not-active people; - support unemployed and not-active people in finding better job and increase their level of education and competitiveness; - further develop the already employed people in the company which will contribute to less attrition and improve the competitiveness of the company. Main priorities of the project are theoretical and practical education with the aim to improve the level and competitiveness of the people. The project fully complies with the main goals of the program stimulate the employers to develop the human resources through development and new employments. Main activities of the project: Activity 1: Deliver main competency training Activity 2: Deliver professional competency training Activity 3: Hire unemployed and not-active people in self funded employment
