Raising the knowledge and skills of the employees in BADEX Ltd. through training in professional qualification and key competence

The overall objective of the project is to "Promote professional and career development of employees and stimulate lifelong learning by providing two types of training as an opportunity to acquire and develop skills in the field of clothing and foreign language skills". the following specific objectives have been formulated: Specific objective 1: To increase the professional qualification through the formation of new knowledge, skills of the employees in BADEX LTD by providing training in the professional field "Production technology-textiles, clothing, footwear and leather "; Specific Objective 2: Formulate new knowledge of the foreign language of employees by including them in Key Competency 2 "Foreign Language Communication". These objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Conducting trainings for the acquisition of professional qualification of the employees in BADEX LTD in the field of Manufacturing Technologies - Textiles, Clothing, Shoes and Furs; 2Transmission of Key Competences Training 2 "Communication in Foreign Languages" - Italian . The project includes measures for realization of visualization and publicity of the activities and the results of implementation. At the drafting of the project proposal, the needs of the company and the specifics were taken into account. Identified needs of the target group representatives: Formation and upgrading of knowledge and skills relevant to the occupation, Prof. and career development in the long run, motivation to work, Knowledge of foreign language. By realizing the objectives and the envisaged activities of this project, contribute to the competitiveness of the employees, increase the adequacy of the skills of the employees in the company according to the current needs of the business, increase the productivity and quality of their work and create conditions for sustainable employment and high quality jobs, which will also bring added value to the company as a whole.
