"Professional qualification and improvement of skills and competences of employees in the retail trade"

Knowledge and skills for self-control and discipline are the most needed skills for current and future staff, according to entrepreneurs. This is shown by data from the survey conducted by the Employment Agency in April. The efficiency and productivity of retail trade depends on the qualifications, skills and abilities of the staff. In this regard, the present project provides training for the acquisition of professional qualifications of 34 employees in the retail sector, as well as Key Competency 2 foreign languages ​​"- English for 15 persons and Key Competent 4" Digital Competence "for 19 persons. The expected results of the project are to increase the adequacy of the employees 'skills, to the needs of the companies KRIS 75 LTD, UNIKAT 1 EOOD and ET UNIVEST - Georgi Dobrosinov, as well as to provide prerequisites for the employees' retention in the company. The project will support lifelong learning processes and will ensure the quality of human resources.
